I lead Industrial Design at Fox Racing, where I get to collaborate with an incredible team to shape products at the crossroads of design, development, and strategy. My leadership style is rooted in service, making space for creativity to thrive.

I’m drawn to storytelling and intuitive design—using empathy and research to uncover insights, then translating them into thoughtful, tested solutions. I enjoy the design thinking journey, from research and insights, refining, and bringing thoughtful solutions to life.

At the heart of it, I love solving problems. When someone says, ‘it can’t be done,’ I see it as an exciting chance to collaborate and discover a new way forward.
