THE CHALLENGE
Design the first footwear line for the Adventure Touring category, offered in both BOA and lace versions. The product must deliver all-day comfort and robust protection to meet the demands of extended rides, while also supporting off-bike activities such as hiking and camping. Styling should be versatile, ensuring seamless wearability on and off the bike

The target user embodies a balance of heritage and progress. They have a strong appreciation for the classic styling and history of moto, valuing authenticity and craftsmanship. At the same time, they seek products that reflect a modern sensibility—integrating unique, contemporary design elements and innovations that enhance both performance and lifestyle.
MILD TO WILD
IDEATION + REFINEMENT
In the ideation phase, we pushed in multiple directions—from ultra-technical, futuristic concepts to designs rooted in traditional work-boot construction and heritage cues. The sweet spot emerged in reimagining classic boot patterning, giving it a modern twist through technical materials and applications. This balance allowed us to respect tradition while delivering the performance and versatility today’s adventure touring rider demands.
THE NEW AESTHETIC
FINAL DESIGN
The final design embodies balance—rooted in traditional boot patterning but elevated with technical materials and modern construction. This approach delivers the core pillars essential to the adventure touring rider: protection that inspires confidence on the bike, all-day comfort for long rides, and versatile wearability that transitions seamlessly into off-bike activities. The result is a footwear line that honors heritage while pushing it forward with purpose.
